Our Headquarter building in Malaysia is a sturdy multi-functional establishment of three levels. Located in the bursting business district of Puchong, Selangor, our Headquarter houses a dedicated Service Center, a comprehensive Warehouse, four accommodating Product Showrooms and modern workspace area for various dedicated divisions.
Incepted in 1994, the Acoustic & Lighting Service is a specialized division dedicated in providing efficient services in monthly maintenance and installation of equipments, pre / post sales supports, equipment fix-up, pre / post equipment maintenance and of course, after-sales service. Equipped with more than 15 well-trained staff, this efficient and customer-oriented division is always ready to serve and fulfill all the customers’ pre and post purchase needs. Our service centre and experienced team of technicians are endorsed by our manufacturers to provide product training, repair and maintenance services for all our regional clients.
Located just a few steps away from the front step of A&L Headquarter is our Warehouse. Renovated recently in March 2011, our high-tech Warehouse is well-equipped with the latest barcode technology, CCTV surveillance system, RedPrairie Warehouse Management System and comprehensive safety precaution awareness to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience is delivered to customers. In other words, it is a convenient one –stop facility for all your inventory-related needs.
In addition, our Headquarter also houses four professional product Showrooms namely: Public Address Showroom, LED Showroom, Sennheiser Showroom and Sound Showroom. This specialized division of showroom is made to provide our clients a more precise and effective viewing experience. Armed with four spacious inviting showrooms and a team of trained Sales & Distribution force, we are confident in assisting you in your product selection and demonstration effort.
In September 2009, our Northern branch office in Penang, ACOUSTIC & LIGHTING SYSTEM (NORTH) SDN. BHD. received a new facelift. With a vast 1578 sq. ft. product showroom, a feasible 757 sq. ft. Warehouse, and a dedicated Service Room; the new office is better equipped with all the necessary amenities to serve our customers better. The Second Floor houses Cost & Design Department, Trading Sales Department, Account & Administration Department, and Project Sales Department to ensure a smooth operation within the organization.
Our Singapore branch, ACOUSTIC & LIGHTING SYSTEM PTE. LTD. has recently opened its brand new door to customers in Blk 52, Ubi Ave 3, Frontier, #03-40, Singapore 408867. In the new office, you can find a lively new showroom with 5-meter ceiling –suitable for showcasing all of our incredible equipments. Besides that, there’s also a cutting edge workspace area equipped befittingly with LED lightings, Lite Puter dimming and a touch screen control panel. That’s not all –there’s a bigger warehouse to ensure a faster, smoother and more organized delivery to our customers.
In addition to these two branches, we have also establishments in Kuantan (East Coast), Johor Bharu (South), Melaka, Kota Kinabalu (Sabah), and Bangkok (Thailand) - to cater to their respective part of the market.
Acoustic & Lighting System also has an established associate company named AFS ENGINEERING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Incorporated in September 1984, AFS Engineering is an expert in offering services in system design and integration for Extra Low Voltage, Lighting, Audio Visual, Audio Visual Information Technology, Studio and Broadcasting. The company is led by a team of high knowledgeable and exemplary management and supported by a professional technical team of engineers, highly qualified personnel and administration staff.
In 2011, we have expanded our operation to Indonesia to reach out to a wider and more diversified market. Consistent with this healthy growth pattern, we hope we can reach out further and extend our roots to serve the ever expanding sound and light industry in the South East Asia market.
